WHAT EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW...

Q: Why do Bulldogs cost so much?

A: Bulldogs typically requires artificial insemination and then a c-section to deliver the puppies. It also requires constant monitoring of the momma when she feeds the puppies (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). There is a great deal of time and money involved in getting a female ready for breeding, having her bred, having a successful delivery and raising a litter to 10 weeks. It can cost $2000-$3000 to breed, deliver and raise a litter. This is an out-of-pocket expense, without consideration for the time you will have to invest or that you may not even get any puppies.. Small litters of 2-4 puppies are not uncommon.

Q: Do Bulldogs really need C-Sections?
A: Yes. Over 90% of deliveries are by C-section. Some advancements are being made in free-whelping, but you should never attempt a free-whelp without participation of a veterinarian who has extensive experience with this breed. To attempt a free-whelp on your own could result in the death of your female and all of her puppies.

Q: Can I own a Bulldog if I live where the temperatures get very hot or cold?
A: Yes, just make adjustments for the conditions. Make sure your Bulldog doesn't overheat and always has plenty of fresh clean water. Bulldogs should always be "indoor" dogs, and require air-conditioning where summer temperatures rise above 80 degrees. Bulldogs cannot swim and must be watched at all times when around water as they can drown very easily.

Q: Is it true I will have to groom / clean my bulldogs wrinkles and behind?
A: The wrinkles and tail pocket must be kept clean and dry. Bulldogs cannot clean themselves after they go to the bathroom. They are not capable of reaching those areas of their body to clean, therefore you must accept this important responsiblity when owning a bulldog. The wrinkles on their face must be kept clean and dry, this requires daily cleaning. If not cleaned the wrinkles will become yeast infected and will require medication and in some cases surgery. Sometimes, a tightly-kinked tail will have recurrent bouts of bacteria and infection due to chronic moisture trouble, and an amputation may be advised.

Q: I do not live near you, if I purchase one of your bulldogs, will you ship it to me?
A: Yes, we ship with the airlines, weather permitting. Airline shipping requires daily temperatures to reach no higher then 75 degrees, so early morning shipping is required during summer months. Airline Fee for shipping generally run around $350. This includes the kennel your puppy will be shipped in, this kennel will be yours to keep.

Q: Will my puppy get any shots before he is sold?
A: Yes, our puppies come with shots, pedigrees and AKC papers.

Q: Can I pay entire payment via PAYPAL?
A: Yes you can however the fee for paypal has gone up to 2.9% and you will be charged the paypal fee ontop of the price of the dog. EX. A $1900 bulldog paid using Paypal will cost an additional fee of $52.00
